Repairs to the Towpath Bank in Upper Black Eddy are complete

May 30 , 2018

The holes in the towpath bank are filled, the grass seed is sown, and the Canal is ready to be rewatered.   It is anticipated that the waste gate at Indian Rock Inn will be closed tomorrow and the water level will rise.
