Towpath Closure – New Hope

**Towpath Closure** Waterworks Condos, New Hope (MP 23.8) – The towpath is scheduled to be *closed* to all pedestrian traffic on November 27th & 28th due to construction.  The purpose of this closure is for PUBLIC SAFETY.   Trail users should turn around at the closure and NOT attempt to get by it.  The towpath will be open outside of normal business hours.
